Refund policy

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, once orders have been picked and packed, we are unable to cancel your order. 

Returns
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only.
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return / replacement. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mamayurvedamedicinals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

***Exceptions / non-returnable items***
Our perishable goods are not returnable unless defective in some way - this includes drink potions and medicinals formulas, oils and skincare products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
In order to receive compensation from the shipper and replace your item(s), we need a photo of the damage, so please be sure to send a photo if your item arrives broken.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
